Some fears run deep.
For this client, even the thought of blood triggered overwhelming symptoms -
dizziness, nausea, and the real fear of fainting.
After we worked together using empowering tools and strategies,
she experienced a powerful shift that led to a brilliant breakthrough.
Here’s what she shared:
“Hi Suzi. Just giving you an update on my blood phobia.
I was naturally nervous to put it to the test,
but my friend had a few lancets and suggested we give it a try, after we did our FaceTime session.
I was really nervous so I lay down and my friend pricked my finger. I sweat a bit from nerves but I didn’t faint.
After I realised I was fine, I asked to look at my messy finger and messy tissue - and I was simply okay.
No sickness, no dizziness, and no fainting!
So I had a go at pricking her finger, and blood poured out. Some even dripped on me and I just didn’t care.
I wasn’t at all phased!
Can’t believe it.
It made me cry to realise you’d helped me to overcome another of my huge phobias.
Thank you so much xx”
Breakthroughs like this don’t happen by chance.
They happen in a safe space - with the right tools
and a little courage to try.
