In my hypnotherapy sessions, I offer a calm and welcoming space for you to reset whatever is spoiling your peace, joy or happiness.
Whether in person or online, the experience is deeply relaxing and personalised to your needs.
Many clients are surprised to learn how effective hypnotherapy can be. You don't need to be in the same room - I often guide clients through sessions while they're comfortably settled at home, propped up on pillows or resting in bed. These sessions subconscious techniques to help embed new patterns, build self esteem and self confidence.
Whether you're looking to release stress, overcome blocks, or simply reconnect with a calmer state of mind, hypnotherapy offers a powerful way to reset.
My interest in anxiety isn't just professional - it's personal. I grew up witnessing the impact of anxiety and OCD on my mum, and how they gradually narrowed her world. That experience shaped my understanding of how deeply anxiety can affect daily life. I've also had my own moments with anxiety too - from feeling overwhelmed when caught between lorries on the motorway, to trembling unexpectedly during a beauty training assessment, to heart pounding during early networking events when all eyes were on me. These weren't just passing nerves; they were real physical responses that caught me off guard.
But they didn't stop me. I kept going, even when it was uncomfortable. And those experiences have deepened my compassion - not just as a therapist, but as someone who truly understands what anxiety can feel like.
Coaching offers you a space to reflect, reset and move forward with energy and clarity. I help you shift unhelpful patterns and create improvements in mindset, relationships and wellbeing. Holistically we'll focus on what your body and mind need - whether that's reducing stress, creating space, building sustainable movement habits, improving self worth/self esteem, or restoring energy. Through our work you can expect lasting changes that feels practical, personal and right for you.

My journey has led me to understand how powerful our emotions can be, not as something to fear, but as something we can work with. I take an intuitive, person-centred approach to help each client find personalised, meaningful ways forward.
Outside of my work, I love family time, spontaneous lunches out, and anything that brings colour and creativity into life - whether that's cooking, gardening, or making my home feel calm and beautiful.
Vibrant health is very important to me, so I do fitness classes, cycle, jog and play padel, pickleball and my greatest passion is dance in many forms, from salsa, kizomba, bachata,
Argentine tango, and West Coast swing.
