My health coaching is designed to help you make small, realistic changes to your daily habits - supporting both your physical and emotional wellbeing.  Whether you are stuck in unhelpful patterns, feeling low in energy, or just ready to take better care of yourself, I'll guide you one step at a time.

This isn't a rigid programme or diet plan.  It's a personalised, supportive process based on your needs, your life, and what feels doable for you.  We'll work together to create real change - gently and consistently.

Sessions are available via Zoom or in person in Birchington-on-Sea, Kent.
