5 Second Rule

Have you heard of the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins?  If you are surviving life you will be dragging yourself through the day with little or no motivation.  Use the 5 second rule to create a new fun habit that will magic your miseries away!

Do not underestimate how such a simple action can positivity impact your results.  If you have chosen to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain is likely to kill it.  The moment you feel the desire or urge to act on a goal or commitment, use the Rule.  It is a powerful tool for conquering procrastination and perfectionist tendencies. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Just get started!
