Post-traumatic Stress, Panic & Anxiety Attacks

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that can occur in the aftermath of a traumatic or life-threatening event. This can include the shock and sudden death of a loved one. It is also possible to suffer from the symptoms of PTSD with any experience that was extreme in intensity and sudden. A stuck trauma can trigger intense reactions long after the trauma or loss has passed.
A traumatic experience will often be at the heart of most panic attacks. A panic attack caused by a build up of stress will fuel repeat panic attacks. TRAUMA TRIGGERS CAN BE NEUTRALISED. Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) does not neutralise trauma.
Symptoms of PTSD include flashbacks or nightmares about what happened, hyper vigilance, startling easily, withdrawing from others and avoiding situations that remind you of the event. It is now possible to completely neutralise the trauma fear and isolation easily, quickly and safely.
