What is anxiety?

Anxiety is an uncomfortable worrying feeling of doubt and fear that most of us experience at some point in our lives. But what if you have this nagging feeling all the time…simmering away in the background…What can be done?  If you have an anxiety habit of expecting or fearing the worst, the good news is habits can be changed.
