Are you Suffering with Low Self-esteem?

Innocent baby in a basket

Self-esteem is directly related to how much you like, approve, accept and value yourself. Low self-worth is a major contributor to low self-esteem and depression.  Making self-worth a condition of other’s approval, achievements, academic success, appearance or popularity will BREAK DOWN your inner self-worth and consequently HURT your self-esteem.

We must learn how to value ourselves solely for the fact that we are born a unique human being with incredible potential to love, laugh and engage in life fully.  As an infant you were innocent and dependent on your parents and those you lived with for survival. As an adult it is vital to discover how to love and like yourself FREE from conditions.  Unconditional love and acceptance of past mistakes, failings, disabilities, defects or inadequacies is ESSENTIAL to living your BEST life.  You can suffer in survival mode indefinitely OR choose a FRESH & NEW path.  And if you don’t know how, I can help you.

So if you are sick and tired of suffering, being your own worst enemy and you are looking for help to create a deep unshakable self-esteem, get in touch with Suzi on +44(0)7836 635233.

Are your Beliefs Sabotaging your Happiness?

If positive, happy feelings create better health, how can positive beliefs also support you? During many client breakthroughs, I have noticed three core beliefs that block happiness. If you rate less than 8 out of 10, you will be harming your own happiness potential…and health.

  1. Deserving: Often concerns about guilt, not good enough, past traumas.  Rate yourself out of 10 – How deserving of ‘happiness’ do you feel? 10 – Yes or 0 – No, I don’t feel worthy & deserving of happiness.
  2. Possibility:  Often concerns about family history, past failures, genetics, nothing works.  It is possible for you to be happy? ~ How true does this feel? 10 – Yes it’s very possible for you to feel happy or 0 – No, it’s impossible.
  3. Safety:  Often concerns men, past experiences, jealousy, expectations.  It is safe for you to be happy? 10 – Yes it is very safe for you to feel happy, or 0 – No, it isn’t safe for you to be happy.

If you rated 5 or lower in any of the above, your beliefs are limiting your happiness.

If your beliefs are sabotaging your happiness, get in touch with Suzi at suzi@rapid-health.co.uk to book a 1-2 hour breakthrough to move forward confidently.  07836 635233   Video Skype: SuziTHealth.
