3 Meditation Tips for Vibrant Energy

Meditation isn’t just about deep relaxation, strengthening the immune system and accessing peace.  Meditation is not to be underestimated for its ability to create cumulative effects of vibrant energy.   Occasionally moments of bliss, inspiration and higher states of consciousness become available to you.  Higher states of consciousness simply feel like freedom…freedom from the mind’s usual identity, nagging thoughts and concerns.

Tip 1.  Anxious individuals who are in a habitual state of hyper vigilance, may feel uncomfortable at first, the mind may even resist as repressed feelings bubble to the surface to release.  This stage will pass… allowing the body to rebalance naturally with deeper peace and harmony.

Tip 2.  Allow yourself to focus on your breath and just notice yourself noticing inhaling and exhaling.  Inhale…pause and exhale.  For the first three breaths allow yourself to breathe all the way out.   The breath out will lengthen as you release and relax more deeply.

Tip 3.  After three conscious breaths, simply allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.  You can become aware of the breath leaving the tip of your nose.  To help you to relax your mind a little quicker, direct your focus back into the centre of your brain as if looking out through that space between your eyebrows.  This stimulates the pineal gland, responsible for higher states of conscious.  If thoughts intrude, repeat a mantra such as ‘release and let go’.

The body can only take so much tension and stress before the ‘stress response’ causes a physical reaction.  There are now hundreds of scientifically documented benefits, too numerous to mention here, that recommend meditation, hypnosis and deep relaxation to rebuild and maintain vibrant health and wellbeing.

Testimony from David Lynch:  “It has given me effortless access to unlimited reserves of energy, creativity and happiness deep within.  This level of life is sometimes called “pure consciousness” And this level is deep within us all.”
