Choose one of your favourite tips to energise your life:

1. Declutter your mind by listing three things you plan to achieve the following day.  Everything else, list under the headings ‘ To Delegate’ or ‘Universe’.

2. Breakthrough procrastination by breaking down large projects into small manageable parts and associating pleasure with anything you don’t want to do.

3. Get very clear about why you want to do something because these are your motivators.  To avoid inner conflict, make sure your desires are aligned with your values and beliefs.  

4.  Only have three tasks on your to-do list to inspire a feeling of ease and look forward to the satisfaction of achievement/accomplishment of finishing and completing these three tasks.

5.  Buy a present for someone (it can be anything little) and really savour the GIVING. Science has proven white blood cells increase when you give – so giving really is receiving with a boosted immune system for YOU too!

6. Take more oxygen into your whole body by breathing deeper into your diaphram instead of shallow breathing into your chest. Oxygen is energy – so BREATH mindfully and deeply. Accompany your breathing with some stretching or other exercise and you will be giving yourself a boost of endorphins that will give you that vibrant energy lifestyle!

7. Go for a ‘mindful’ walk – which means leaving your worries behind.  Each step you take can be mindful, deliberate and free.

8. Release stress by deliberately caring more about your energy and less about perfection.  You can reach for excellence when your energy is lined up with food feelings.  If you are feeling conflicted or overwhelmed, get help with short cut strategies to release stress, fatigue and increase vibrant energy.  In addition, make sure you are eating a selection of fruits, vegetables and superfoods, as well as a few of your favourite treats. 5 Quick Tips to Create a Vibrant Energy Lifestyle

1. Make peace with every aspect of your life, past, present, future and lighten up on ‘your identiy’.

2. Give all your attention to NOW! To help you, tune into your breathing throughout the day. Breathe in for four, hold for four and breath out for four. This will oxygenate your blood and your brain!

3. Eat protein with every meal, including snacks to regulate your blood sugar levels and energy throughout the day.

4. You could have a drink containing caffeine. Tea contains the amino acid theanine which improves attention and alertness. Green tea contains caffeine and antioxidants that speed up your metabolism as well. Coffee contains 100-140 mg of caffeine, so go easy on it if you don’t want to overtax your adrenals and worsten fatigue. Avoid if you suffer with anxiety, panic or sleep disturbances as caffeine can sometimes make these conditions worst.

5. Quality sleep will depend on your habits and lifestyle. Making sure you declutter your mind before bedtime is a great way to enjoy a quality night sleep. Making a list of tasks that you want to complete, will help you to focus throughout the day.

60 Seconds to Stop Stress

Has stress, anxiety or worry become the new ‘normal’?   Have you inadventently allowed the habit of worrying to poison your health and happiness?  Are you at the mercy of an agitating anxiety disorder and didn’t see it coming?

An anxious mind isn’t just unable to feel happy, it is less effective with solutions as the Creative brain becomes foggy and disengaged.    If we keep stressing ….and worrying….it becomes a familiar habit…..that we feel unable to change.

Just STOP and find a safe place to take a 60 second break!   Cup your eyes with the palms of your hands.  With a full deep breath into the lower part of your lungs, breath out as you close your eyes and enjoy 60 seconds of freedom from cares.  The computer screen that you are REBOOTING for just 60 seconds is your mind.  This will RE-BOOT your MIND for a full 90 minutes or sooner if you are lacking sleep.

Plan ahead to create balance:  If you discipline yourself with 6 or more 60 second reboots, your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
